GUITAR LESSONS
It is my great pleasure to
introduce a new teacher joining
Maestro Music Studio.
Nelia Naftaeva-Koller is
originally from Russia, where
she was born and received her
education. She attended Bologoe School of Arts and Tver Music
College and graduated in 1994 with Bachelor's degree in Music
Performance ( Guitar, Piano, Russian folk instruments), Pedagogy,
Orchestra and Conducting. For two years after graduation she taught
guitar, conducted a youth orchestra and performed with the teacher's
ensemble in her hometown of Bologoe.
When Nelia moved to America in 1996, she joined a group of
musicians performing European music. With this group she traveled to
many states, sharing knowledge of foreign cultures and performing
music of different countries. Nelia also joined a Balalaika and Domra
Association of America. As a member of an international orchestra, she
performed in Washington, DC and Madison, WI.
Since 1999 Nelia have been working for Buddy Rogers Music as a
piano teacher. She also taught private guitar and balalaika lessons.
Nelia offers guitar lessons - both acoustic and electric guitar - to the
students of all ages and levels. Whether you are a very beginner, trying
to learn the basics of this wonderful instrument or you have been
playing for years and want to enhance your level, Nelia welcomes you as
a new student with all her knowledge and desire to help.
